Here at Factory4 we completely understand how difficult it is to get a practical creative business off the ground.

We have been given the amazing opportunity to support both individuals and groups to help get their creative businesses started.

Creative packages are available upto the value of £750!

Packages are available from complete Novice through to Graduates and Advanced.

The training packages are to help groups and individuals get started in their own creative business on a more practical level.

Here at the workshop we are fully equipped in Woodwork, Screenprint and Jewellery with all the essential equipment to assist in creative practices.

The training packages are split into different categories which are as follows:

Novice- Those who are completely new to area of work whether it is a completely brand new starter or supporting an existing practice.

Intermediate -Those with some prior knowledge/skill which requires up-skilling, retraining or those with an identified need in specific area.

Graduate -Those with a skill and experience but who may have had little or no access to facilities to produce samples to test the market place.

Refresher- Those with skills and prior experience who are out of practice or need re-familiarisation with machine, techniques etc

The idea behind the packages is that they are facilitated within the workshop and are made up of workshops hours, tutored time, mentoring and a small material contribution.

The values of the packages are redeemable in all of the above and are not cash bursaries.

Due to funding criteria eligibility is postcode based.

The packages will need to be applied for and successful applications be invited through to an interview with our external panel.
